South West London - Full Property Renovation
Archis Site Services was appointed to deliver a complete internal renovation of a residential property in South West London. The project involved comprehensive refurbishment works across all key living areas. Despite the complexity and variation of the tasks involved, our team managed the entire project seamlessly, ensuring high standards of workmanship throughout.
Kitchen Renovation
The renovation began on the ground floor, where new structural beams and flooring were installed. New doorways and internal doors were fitted, and the walls were fully replastered and painted.
In the kitchen, we supplied and installed modern appliances, including enhanced storage solutions, a new worktop, and a high-performance cooker. Outdated wall tiles were replaced with sleek, low-maintenance plastic wall panels, and the flooring was upgraded to luxurious marble tiles. The transformation resulted in a clean, contemporary kitchen space, which the client highlighted as a standout feature of the renovation.
Bathroom Renovation
The bathroom was completely overhauled, including the removal of existing fixtures and the installation of a new bathtub/shower combination, toilet, and sink unit. Smooth marble tiles were laid on the floor, and high-quality stone tiles were fitted to the walls to deliver a refined and durable finish.
Living Room & Bedroom Renovation
The living room was fully refurbished, with walls replastered and painted, new furniture installed, and a modern ventilation system added to prevent moisture build-up and mould.
In the bedrooms, new shelving was installed for improved storage, and decorative enhancements were carried out to align with the updated aesthetic of the rest of the home.
Additional Works
Further works included upgrading the gas infrastructure by installing new pipes where required and replacing the existing boiler with a modern, energy-efficient unit. These improvements enhanced both the safety and overall energy performance of the property.
